Hepburn wil na haar scheiding hertrouwen met Howard. Het roddelblaadje 'Spy' is zeer geinteresseerd. De avond voor het huwelijk komt haar ex-man en vader, en hebben een vrolijke avond. Hepburn verslaapt zich, maar vindt dat niet erg omdat ze verslaggever Stewart eigenlijk veel leuker vindt.
